  1. Some are used in South America a "shuttle" aircraft for smaller terminals.  Those still in use are either for private or freight carriers.  Mostly in 3rd world countries.


  2. Yes, Biman Bangladesh Airlines got a couple or more in their fleet. Maybe Kuwait as well, but not certain.

  4. There are at least a couple of hundred, including MD-11s in service.  The oldest are in cargo service only.  You can find them anywhere.

    Cubana Airlines use them from Paris and London to Cuba
