No, sadly, I think that they passed away in a car accident in 1997.  If they were hiding at the home of the great Rory Emerald, they would have been discovered by the paparazzi by this point.

And besides, I'm pretty sure that Diana would at least let her kids know she was OK. If they knew that she was OK they wouldn't have all these memorials for her.

Rory Emerald, Baron Sligo, has a home in Malibu not Beverly Hills! Malibu is currently engulfed by brush fires and  Rory is valiantly assisting the firefighters by serving iced champagne and canapes to the exhausted men and women battling the blaze. There is no indication that any of the Baron's worldwide network of notable friends are staying in his home at present.
