  1. Dolphins are mammals. They are warmblooded, produce milk that their offspring nurse off of, breath air, and produce live young.

    Dolphins are one of the most intelligent creatures on the planet, and this makes people feel closer to them then a "dumb" cow, for example (although I have nothing against cows and feel there is nothing wrong with them)

  7. yes they are.  They breathe air (unlike fish), they are warmblooded, and they give birth to live young.

    There are MANY species of fish that need to breathe air FYI

    (bichirs, lungfish, gouramis, betta, knifefish)etc.
