DnD is for any time of the day..  their menu does not change throughout the day..  the mcd's ones are for breakfast only..  probably b/c they don't want to give up a fryer during lunch and dinner that could be used for fries, chicken and fish sandwiches..

DD hash browns are available at all hours of the day.

I'm not sure about Dunkin Donuts, but at McDonalds you can only get hashbrowns until lunch, which is 10:30 or 11:00 a.m.

No dunkin donuts hashbrowns are available any time of the day. It's not the same schedule as mcdonalds.
