Are ECHO 1 Airsoft Guns better than a CA or TM?

I have seen the facts on the ECHO1 and CA/TM and all have metal gear boxes. I want to get a G36 and th ECHO 1 is my first choice(has higher fps and everything the CA/TM has). Am I making the right choice?

echo 1 are the best guns out there for the price.  echo 1 guns come with a m110 spring, while CA and TM come with an m100 spring; thus, the difference in stock fps.  the CA and TM guns do come with a metal body, and that is partially why they cost more.  however, eventhough CA/TM have a weaker spring, the rest of the internals are better than E1.  

that being said, E1 guns are VERY good guns.  i have 2 of them =)  if this is your first AEG, i would definitely go with the E1 or E1 full metal guns.

From what Ive heard the ECHO 1/ JG (JG makes ECHO 1) G36 is a very good gun for the money. The main difference between the higher end CA and TM guns and the JG/ECHO 1 guns is the looks and amount of metal. There are also some cheaper parts in the gearbox that will wear out quicker when compaired to the parts in the CA/TM guns.

I've seen an ECHO1 in person, the one I held and test fired was actually a premiere ECHO1 known as a Vector Arms. It is an AK74MN and the entire gun is made out of metal, and the stock and grips aren't cheap ABS plastic. It is a high quality and durable polymer. Also much higher FPS as you stated. So what I'm saying is that they are great guns. For the price, you cant beat it. The highest quality G36 I've seen is made by STAR, however.

I would say it is a good gun for the price, go ahead and get it if you want a cheap but reasonably reliable G36. However, I would have to say the best gun for the price is the G&G plastica series.

I would have to argue about the STAR G36. Its a great gun, but I think the KWA is better.

Echo 1 is probably the best G36C for someone that doesn't want to spend a lot of money. TM is going to be better because  Echo 1 is just a clone of TM. CA guns are HORRIBLE(!) and I do not recommend any of their guns but their G3. Go and get the Echo 1 G36C, it's a good choice.
