Are Eastern Europeans technically Eurasian?

Question

Since Eurasian means mixture of Asian and Caucasian(European). Because I am Eastern European but I dont look like other white girls. I have blonde hair, hazel eyes, whitish pinkish skin, but I have fuller lips, rounder less angular face, smaller face. So are they technically Asian because I am pretty sure they mixed in with Asians a long time ago.

Generally, Khazakstan is considered to be the dividing line between Asian and Caucasian features!
