Are Energy Drinks Bad for U??!! ( like Monster )?

I was at my middle school oriatation and they said energy drinks are bad for u. Ever sience then i can't drink energy drinks what's up? i used to drink them all the time then duh duh duh

  4. energy drinks give you TONS of energy

    with all the c**p they had in them.

  5. Just look the ingredients list how many look familiar, each and everything has corn starch or some form of corn. The main and over looked ing. to make so many people fat.  Look at the hidden calories then you will realise why its so unhealthy, duh!

    I've heard a study it's actually healthier to drink or an equivalent, to just drink chocolate milk after a work-out.

    You are not supposed to drink energy drinks if you're not actually working out.

    right after you drink it...you feel soo energetic-but then ten minutes later...you crash*

    which means-you feel very tired/lazy/disguisted

    SO-they ARE bad for you

  8. Moderation. Something that most people are not able to do.

    Most energy drinks are not "bad" for you. They may not be good for you. They use to say the same thing about soda when I grew up cause they did not have energy drinks then. Having 1 a day is not bad. Though most kids really do not need it and like most adults have no self control or concept of moderation so soda and energy drinks, as used by most people, are bad for you.

    Like soda energy drinks usually have sugar and caffeine. They just usually have more. A few also use other ingredients which might be questionable, like taurine and guarana.

    If kids need to have an energy drink then perhaps one of the healthy ones like XS Energy, Tab, Stacker's 6 Hour Power, or 5 Hour Energy. Before that just try some water. Enough water will increase your motabolism and energy levles by 3%. If you are feeling down first drink 2 glasses of water. If you don't feel more energized after 15 minutes then try a healthy energy drink.

  9. I know red bull races your heart and carry up your pressure but i believe once you drink moderately it will not affect badly so just drink it slowly.
