I'm going to make a documentary titled, "Super-Energize Me" where I drink 7 Red Bulls, 3 Rockstars, and two Monsters every day for a month. Is this a good idea?
I mean, what's so bad about taurine? I know it's derived from animal bile (and I know it was first separated from bull's bile, thus the name; but humans have it too); and I know that carnitine is an alkyl (a free radical)--which by the way has been known to help people with diabetes II. Is that what's so baaaaaaad for you? Or is it the immense amounts of sugar these drinks come with?
