Yes, all trains are. Certainly on the UK side. I imagine the French will have the same rules. Just hang out the window and smoke. Just remember to pull your head back in as you reach the channel tunnel. Mind you, could you smoke a ciggy at 180mph?

Eurostar trains are electric so they have never smoked. (Joke).

The UK-wide smoking ban applies to all workplaces and enclosed public spaces. This includes trains, coaches, busses and taxis. So, Eurostar is non-smoking.

All Public Transport is non smoking no matter where you are, after all it falls under the Workplace regulations.

Yes they are.  London Waterloo (and St Pancras International when it opens), and Paris Nord are both non-smoking stations, and there is no smoking allowed anywhere on the train.  You can however buy a drink at the buffet car to pass the time as you watch the world slip by at 180mph!

All trains in the UK now have to be non-smoking, this was the case before the smoking ban in public places - but all public transport in Europe at least is non-smoking

A eurostar train would be considered just that.

Although it is a joint Anglo-French firm, these rules apply.

In actual answer to your question - yes it is non-smoking, as there are smoking bans in both the English and French sides.
