Are Europeans descended from Middle Eastern people, if so, do they still carry Middle Eastern DNA?

Somewhat.  Dispersion happens at different times.  One instance is when the moors invaded southern Europe.  Obviously some "DNA" was mixed at this point of contact alone.  Now think of the thousands of years of trade and contact.  Yeah, I'd say there some.  Its called Mediterranean.
