Are Ev's when training in Pokemon passed when I switch the Pokemon in the battle?

I am training a Gliscor in Pokemon Pearl, but when it was level 2 i used to put him first in battle, then switch it to my Rayquaza Level 100. My gliscor holds the Macho Brace and has pokerus, but, are all the stats being passed to him? Or it receives half, or receives nothing?

If what your asking is does your gliscor receive points from the level 100 battling after it was in battle, yes.  It gets half of the points despite the fact rayquaza is a level 100
