  1. any federal crime is there baby. any where in the united states

  2. yes

  3. The military and FBI will work together. On Indian Reservations the FBI will to work with an indian Representative. The FBI will not work in secret.

  4. It would seem logical to me for the FBI to have access to military bases since both are a part of the same government.  However, on an Indian reservation, I don't think so because this is not government land, it belongs to the Inidan tribe living there & not the federal government.  I believe that they would have to have permission to go onto the reservation from the tribal leader.  The reservations have their own police, generally they work with the government, especially if the person is dangerous.

  5. Federal agents have jurisdiction when a federal law has been broke. It doesn't matter where in the country you are, the FBI can follow you and arrest you. It doesn't matter if you're hiding in the city in your buddies basement or if you ran away to your military base (assuming you're in the military). The FBI has jurisdiction. Not to mention, a military member comitting a felony is another crime itself and will have to deal with military court and citizen court.
