From geographical and evolutional point of view, I tried to point out that they are more selected due to the pressure : the pathways/hardships that they might have gone through to reach that far from Africa.

When it comes to the fact that they haven't produced scientific giants such as Isaac Newton and Gallilie (They have had, but just unknown to western world), the ideology/philosophical doctrin had discouraged talented people from being engaged in science. Technically Far eastern countries(esp. china) have made great contributions to a modern science, generally emperors or kings suppressive for doing sciences/technology. Until late 1800, it was regarded that low class people should take care of technical jobs /sciences,,,,. That's why china/korea (Japan opened its door to westerner f50-60years earlier) were late in picking up modern technology.

  1. There is no "superior race". The difference in human genetics is too narrow to qualify as seperate races or species. All dogs are dogs. Humans are not as different as dogs by far. In fact, you have more genes in common with 40% of people on the other side of the world, than you do with your own neighbour.

So no, far easterns, whites, germans, romans, or anyone else is not superior to anyone else. Science and technology stems from cultural conditions and living conditions. Necessity is the mother of most inventions.
