Are Fighter Pilot allowed to smoke?

I was just wondering are they allowed to smoke or do they have to be d**n healthy and not to take drugs etc ?

Pilots are allowed to smoke, but not in the plane and not inside any military building.  

It is quite a site in Alaska to see a huddle of people outside the squadron smoking when it is -50 degrees.  These people must really want that cigarette.

They have to be very healthy to fly the governments multi million dollar fighter jets. As far as smoking I'm not quite sure. But I know drugs are not allowed in any military branch.

Yes, they can smoke, but not while wearing an oxygen mask.

Taking illegal drugs is a BIG NO!

There is no rule against it.

However fighter pilots must be in very good physical condition, and its doubtful that a smoker could pass the physical requirements.

I believe they are allowed to smoke, but not so often that it deteriorates their health.

They are allowed to smoke. They would not be allowed to smoke on the apron or in any aircraft.
