I say this because while in Philippines I'm constantly overcharged (white man skin tax), have 'hey joe' screamed at me and expected to pay for everything when I go out with Filipinos. I'm sure if I met a Filipino in London and called them 'guk', 'short ***'or 'japayuki,' constantly overcharged them and expected him to pay for all my drinks without consulting them, I'm sure I would be jailed and sued for racism.
