Are Flash Cups and Crazy cups a rip-off to Speed Stacks?

I've seen them all over the internet, and even went to the Crazy and Flash Cups Website and i acually think that it's a rip off to Speed Stacks. Especially the Flash Cups Flash Pad. The most worst is the Flash Cups Teach Pack. The Rip-Off to the Sport Pack. See for yourself at www.flashcups.com

Unless they are shaped like Stanley Cups you have the wrong section. Anyway are ALL tissues a rip-off of Kleenex? Are all non-Wham-O Frisbees a rip-off? Seriously companies "rip-off" each other all the time, it is part of this new thing called FREE MARKET. The idea isn't trademarked, just the name. After all you can't trademark cups, if that was the case we'd call ALL these companies a rip-off of Dixie's cups.
