Are H11 bulbs the same for headlights and fog lights?

i accidentally ordered H11 headlights instead of H11 fog lights i tried to contact the seller but had no luck hopefully he gets my email but if not

can i use the H11 headlights for my fog lights??? are the the same bulb??

9006 is a headlight bulb, h11 are primarily a foglight bulb

I think the H11 are all the same.  If it fits, use it.
