If you mean can you use an HDTV converter tunner with an old Tube TV yes you can. The output is sent to the current tunner and all TV tunners can get HDTV with the new converters. Just like using a cable box.

If you mean you want to use the one you have a link too, NO YOU CAN"T that is for a computer.

HDTV converters are available at WalMart, Radio Shack, and nearly all retailers for TV systems. It won't be a USB device!

no, AVer makes cards for computers not TV sets. the card allows a computer to see and hear television stations as if it were a TV set. This is not the DTV converter box that you use with an older TV set.
