Are HOA has no "commercial Vehicles" parkingI am threatened to be towed others are still parking on site?

How do we fight the discrimination from our neighbors when others have commercial vihicles parked and have no problems? Help?

Get everything in writing if you don't already have it.  Take pictures of other violators and send a letter with copies of your evidence to the HOA and threaten to get a lawyer.  If you get no response, get a lawyer.

Every HOA works the same, you have a problem you call them and they will take care of this for you, that is their job and that is what you are paying your dues for.

Yes take pictures and make sure that they are time and date stamped to show proof but remember that you cannot sue your neighbors or the HOA at all.

The HOA is protected and you will see that in your by-laws and your suing your neighbors is the responsibility of the HOA but they will not do anything until the required 90 days process.
