Are Harobikes any good?

I was thinking about geting a Z1 used for $120. Has a Chromo frame, any idea how heavy that is compared to a DB Joker. i have primo wheels already keep the Haros or put my primos on it?

Most bicycle frames are made in one of three factories in Taiwan. So most likely these bikes are very close.
