  1. yes they are....they can vote, they pay taxes, they abide by all of the rules in the constitution so....yea they are citizens


  2. yes it is, hawaii and puerto rico are the newest states aquire by the united estates. so they may appear to be independent because the estates allowed their rituals and customes as if nothing happend exept the law. and regulations.

  5. are you seriously that stupid?   last time i checked Hawaii was a state  (but i did take a short nap before so it might of changed) and when you are a state you are an American Citizen but than again it could of all changed in my 2 hour nap  

  6. If they were born in Hawaii after Hawaii became a state.The only way they are not is if you are referring to someone's last name being Hawaiians and they were born in an other country. lol

  11. Of course they are, because Hawaii is one of the 50 states of the U.S.  They may be of Polynesian, Chinese, Japanese descent, or Caucasians, or something else again, just like the people living in any other state, so long as they were born in the U.S. or became naturalized citizens.
