Are Hispanic people considered whites?

you can be, I am a quarter hispanic, but also half german, so i can get tan and i have dark eyes, but i don't look very hispanic.  but my there are many benefits to being hispanic, my dad is half and his company gets benefits from his government minority status.

Depends. European Hispanic persons are white. Some South-American and Central American are black or mixed. Mexican is white. They can all mark Hispanic, White, or Black, or Other and still be right. Its all in the eye of the beholder.
