Are Honey-Nut Cheerios safe for hamster to eat?

I'm looking at a box of it right now. The ingredients look fine, but as I read down, I notice many ingredients that I can't even pronounce! But those are the scientific names of the vitamins. For example, Vitamin B2 is Riboflavin...Get my point? As long as you give them only two or three pieces every other day, it should be fine. 'Cause there's a LOT of vitamins in there! ^-^ Your hamster will be very strong and healthy! :)  I wouldn't recommend giving any human food to a hamster other than fruits, veggies, seeds, and grains. Honey Nut Cheerios should be one of your hamsters only human treats. Never give a hamster chocolate, candy, sweets (cake, cookies,etc.), or alcohol (obviously!).

Yeah, as a treat. However, DON'T give it cheese. It can get  messy if he eats it, but sometimes they don't like it.

In moderation. They're fine as a treat, but like any sugary food, should be limited.
