Are Houston fans worried about Yao playing in the Olympics?

With his injury history, I would imagine this would be a concern. And then today, he says this "I'm sore. I still feel weak," Yao said. "I'm not in best shape now. I'd say 60 to 70 percent. We still have two more exhibition games to get better (before the Olympics)." Yao went on to say he's feeling the pressure of the Olympics being in Beijing. "There's a lot of pressure," Yao said. "I can feel it. From the country, from the fans, everything. But you know what? Life is hard. So enjoy it. Not many people can play in the Olympics at home." This was after losing to Australia.

With the addition of Ron Ron, I'm sure Houston fans are pretty excited. What say you? Worried about his health and the Olympics? Or feel like the Rockets were just fine when it was T Mac's team last year after Yao went down. They almost seemed to have more of an identity when he went down last year.

I would. They're set for a championship, but if Yao gets hurt, their dream is over.

Not that much, plus there is nothing we can do the guy wants to play for his country which is more important.

If I was a Rockets fan, I would be worried. But if T-Mac or Yao are healthy, with Artest I think they would make it past the first round.

I definitely would be worried if I were a Rockets fan.  He already can't play a full season, and now he won't get any rest.  I don't blame him for playing in the Olympics, though.  He's got a lot of pressure on him to play well in his home country.  The Rockets could be a great team, but I see disaster if Yao  and/or T-Mac go down, then Artest becoming a distraction when they start losing.
