Are Interstate Gas Stations and Fast Food Open on Christmas Day and all night?

Question

For people driving Christmas Day and overnight, will there be gas and food available? My sons and I are driving from St. Louis to Tampa all night, and need to know.

Nearly everything is closed Christmas eve and all night, untill around noon Xmass day. Service after lunch  will be spotty.

A lot of gas stations have pumps that work with credit cards when the station is closed. As far as food take plenty of snacks with you.

The big truck stops will be open, so you can buy gasoline and most of these will have fast food, or at least some convenience store type junk food available.  Other smaller stores will probably be closed, so make sure you stop BEFORE you need to, or you may not be able to find fuel when you're running low.
