i own that magazine and confirms that they are beacause joe was at a bunch of Taylor's concerts and was like undercover so i think so and i read that he went to her home in tennessee and they got ice cream  together but i don't think it will work out i mean they live in beverly hills and she lives in tennessee but why do the brothers lie about dating i mean nick lied about miley even though it was obvious!
