  1. The Humidor, 2050 Chestnut Street, San Francisco, California 94123, phone number 415-561-0491 (you will need to add the country code, etc.), sells "Navy Cut Players," an oval cigarette, non-filtered, that is just a tad thicker than regular cigarettes. They are made by Phillip Morris and cost about U.S. $8.00 per pack of 20.

The box has a color litho of the profile of a Jack Tar-era sailor. The cigarettes are really good...but at about double the price of say unfiltered Camels, they are indeed a luxury...and don't even talk to me about gasoline prices, albeit our prices are not nearly the highest in the world.

Ask your dad about the abovementioned cigarettes. Consider this: the shipping for 1 (one) pack of those smokes is probably the same or more than the cigs themselves, so it might make sense to get 5 or 6 packs. AND: if the cigs are sent by boat, it will take about 3 weeks to arrive, whereas air-mail will take just about a week and will cost a LOT more...contact your local Post  Office about those prices...hopefully, they will have SOME knowledge of U.S. Postal rates and shipping methods, etc.

Bottom line: if I were rich, I'd smoke 'em all the time!
