Yep, but they're married again, Karl has a baby girl with Izzie who was Max's sister who now lives in London.  Susan has two step children because when her and Karl divorced she met someone else and married him, and he then died becuase he had some form of cancer i think.

Karl quit being a doctor to become a smelly home growing person...sounds weird, basically he went through a mid life crisis growning his own food produce - which is fine, but he didn't shave or anything and stunk of chickens lol

So, basically yes they are lol

yeh susan is looking after her ex husbands kids (not karls kids another guy who died a bit of time ago) and i believe karl is in britain at the minute seeing izzy and his supposed kid but im not sure hope this helps
