Are Kite Tubes illegal in Texas?

If it is only certain lakes, what lakes? Also, what is the penalty if you get caught opperating a boat with a kite tube behind it? Are there any other penalties associated with this?

Uggh you might want to use less jargon no-one is really going to know what your talking about.

I'd ask a park ranger myself.

Odds are if its really dangerous they will probably say no.

Allthough I have heard of casting a fishing line with a kite if thats what your talking about but that is so unheard of its probably either not regulated or no one knows the better of it anyway.

Hang on do you mean like towing a Windsock by chance I'd say that it might fall under the at your own risk type situations or at law enforcements discretion type deal I.e. theres no signs posting no scate boarding on major highways but I'm shure the cops would have something to say about it.  Drastic ex. i Know but should get my point accross
