Are Knology Digital Cable TV Members Having Problems In Montgomery Alabama?

As I watch my TV screen I see what looks like TUBES rolling on the screen. Oh, I must not leave out the screen goes black every few seconds. This problem is on channels 2 to 78. On channels 101 to 306 and 901 to 921 the screens show tiles. The 101 to 306 and HD 901 to 921 channels start off black then slowly start into tiles.

Of course Knology cannot figure out what the problem is. They tell us it is only our house. It seems as though when it gets cold that is when the problem starts. They have told us no one else has reported this problem, but my mother mentioned it to her hair dresser and he said he has the rolling problem. Knology did not know how to respond when I told them this due to the fact her hair dresser lives on the other side of town.

Is anyone els having this problem? How can the president of Knology be contacted? Any advise would be appreciated. Rude remarks will be reported. Thank You

Hello, I hope this will help you with your problem. I work for Knology in the corporate division in West Point. If I were you, I would call the 877 number that is on your bill, the one you stated you have already spoke with, I'm sure, and tell them that you would like a tech to come out to your house and see what the problem could possibly be. Just simply tell them that you would like to have a service tech check it out. Best Wishes to getting the problem solved.
