  1. Lactobacillus acidophilus is a gram positive rod.

    Saccharomyces cerevisiae is a yeast and does not have a relevant gram reaction.


  2. L. acidophilus is gram+ve.

    Saccharomyces cervisea is a yeast and so not subject to gram stains.

  3. L acidophilus is gram positive, S cervisiae... I believe spores are gram negative and vegetative cells are gram positive
