You overfill your wheelie bin but

Have they really thought this through?

what to stop other people putting thier rubbish in your wheelie bin so that you get the fine and they don't because your bin is overfilled ,easy to do went most people are out at work through the day?

i read about fly tipping that, if they find any address labels etc in the rubbish you will also get charged ,but whats to stop people putting false address labels in the rubbish ,so someone else gets the blame ,i mean it easy to to you only need a pc , a printer and some unprinted labels.

  1. Maybe they'll make a film about this scamming government - preferably humorous to cheers us up.

Someday we'll look back and laugh ...

  2. It is another of Gordon Brown's stealth taxes!

  3. Yes well we let the government dictate to us, we should say enough and make a stand, if someone is fined for a stupid thing like this, then everyone should do it, the whole street, the whole town, untill they get the message that the people can only be pushed so far.  We need to organise groups in every town, and hold meetings about these things.

  4. They will start fining/taxing us for breaking wind very soon . . .

  5. I cannot be bothered to explain common purpose in short yes.

  6. The decision of whether to fine people for sh*t like that lies with the council..as rubbish as Labour are, stuff like that is delegated to your local authority

  7. Once again this shows where the Goverment is sadly lacking they allow this to happen, so as not to pay the local councils the money they need to run the services.

This is unforgivable the tax taken from the people to fund the services not being used properly ,they only want more money for more c**p buys like northern rock so they reduce council funding or topup as they like to say then impose a bigger fine on councils if they over spend .

This forces the councils to seek other ways to raise the money ie A BIN tax lets call it

that would make labour having introduced the 27 th tax since they took power , they said they would not add any more taxes on the people what a joke.

  8. You're quite cynical but I tend to agree. Unless wheelie bins have locks, how can anyone know who put the rubbish in? As for flytipping, I think that they should only prosecute people who are caught directly, including on CCTV.

  9. The person or people who come up with this really ought to be taken away by the men in white coats.
