some are, some arent! It depends on the person. London in general is very tourist friendly.

Generally, yes.  People in London are not exactly surprised to see tourists, the city gets 25.4 million overnight visitors each year (at least it did last year).  They also get about 150 million day visitors per year.

So a London teen is not going to be at all surprised or offended to see another teen tourist!

London attractes one of the widest ranges of people you will see. In the suburbs you see many children in poverty that are influenced by gangs and crime, but further in the city the better that situation becomes.

As London as a whole has many shopping areas on the outskirts there a very few teenagers that come into the center who are from the poverty hit suburbs. Then you get the wealthy and middle class teens and they are nice willing to help you and if you ask for directions then the majority will help. I am a londoner myself so I donot need to ask them for such advise but I see many people asking people including teens. You will be able to tell who is good to talk to and who is not so good. The not so good are chavy kids who where baseball hats just on their head with the tip high and trackie bottoms, mainly nike and addidas brands. Then you have the majority of young teens who are willing to help.

I was outside buckingham palace and an italian woman came up to me (I am a 16 year old teenager) and asked for directions to westminister and I told her where to go and was perfectly correct, but she didn't believe me so went and asked an older couple. Me and my girlfriend were like the cheak. We are not chavs and dont look imposing or shifty in anyway lol.

Anyway sorry that a rambled on. You will know who is nice and who isn't (The majority of the time) but as they say don't judge a book by it's cover, even though i basicly have here

Some are some aren't. Some teens are absolute holigans, others are simply normal.
