Are Loreal/Revlon cosmetics available in Saudi ?

Question

Hi, I m from India and have asked my friend to get cosmetics for me from saudi, but he(in jubail) doesnot actually know where they are available. Can anyone suggest the Malls to look for in Jeddah/Al Khobar/Madina.

Are men allowed in women cosmetic sections in the malls?

Also I wud be grateful if u can tell if there is a pricing difference compared to Indian prices, is it cheaper over there ?

 yeah revlon is very much available....cant say about loreal
