Cannabis seeds are perfectly legal to buy. It becomes illegal when you interfere and smoke the stuff.

The only marijuana (hemp) seeds that I know of that can legally be purchased have been heat killed to prevent germination.  The killed "hemp" seeds (hemp is a source of fiber) are used to grow a type of mold.  Possession of viable seeds is illegal.

Despite the previous respondents remarkable statement, cannabis seeds do exist. In Australia it is illegal to possess or sell the seed. I'm not sure what laws are in place where you are , but I would be cautious in the extreme. The possibility of being ripped off is probably high.

Marijuana seeds don't exist. Marijuana is made from a plant. And I wouldn't reccomend buying those seeds online.

Hi, yes its ok to buy them online, although I would recommend getting them from a reputable company like the Sensi seed bank.
