On the Fairways the size and weight are the same. On drivers they are the same also they just offer higher lofts. Another difference is the colors. The standard ladies shaft is softer and more flexible. If you order it you can get any shaft you want on it.

I believe the way they change up the clubs is only the shaft really that they change.

They put a more flexible shaft on the ladies model, assuming that women don't swing as fast as men.

The head should be identicle.

The only difference is the angle and the shape.  The weight is going to be slightly different, but there's really no noticeable difference.

They're the same size, according to the TaylorMade site, but no mention is made of weight. However, women's clubs typically are shorter than the equivalent men's. That will change the swingweight, unless the weight of the head also changes.
