Are Mr. P's pizza okay to eat or no?

Okay so my family hasn't gone grocery shopping and all we have are Mr. P's oven pizzas and microwave pot pies. I don't eat the pot pies. They have 450 calories and Mr. P's pizzas have 400 calories. I tried looking for the health things online but Mr. P's wasn't listed but I saw another type of oven pizza that was 1450 calories and it was graded a B for healthy. I'm trying to lose weight but literally that's all we have to eat in the house. What are also some good health foods that'll help me lose some weight?

  1. either eat the mr. pees pizza or if you have money, cook good healthy foods. if you do have money go to the store buy a healthy cook book   (thay have cook books made for losing weight, and they work.). find something in there that is good and cook it. im 15 and i love to cook. i am going to own a resturant  when im older. i cook for my family everyother night from this cook book, everything in this cook book has VERY low calories and fat. and there dang good. it mostly talks about in the book ways to make ordinary foods less fattening. like cooking chicken in spagtti sauce. just start frying it and dump 1 fourth a can of sauce in the pan fry that to and it is really low carbs and calories, but very good. On  second thought dont eat that pizza no matter what. pizza is not going to help you lose weight. no matter how healthy of pizza it is. i mean its PIZZA. it's not good for you. if your a teen. ask your mom or dad to buy healthier food. if you are living on your own. you could eat like this maybe every other day or something if your low on money. you can find a way.


  2. Fruits and veggies

    also try yogurt!

    And sometimes its not about what you eat just how much.

    Eat how you should but just watching snacking and dont eat three hours before bed, see if that helps
