  1. Your 400m is not very good so i would stick to 1600m

  2. theyre average... stick to the 800 or mile...

  3. The weakest time of those seems to be the 400.  If you focused on your mile, it would go down, based on your other two times.  The 3k steeple, i think, would have a similar drop in time.  Also, the steeple is not as common of an event, and you would more likely stand out in that area than in the other two.

  4. if your in middle school id say theyre average but not the best.

are you a boy or a girl? also how old are you? this also depends if its a good or bad time.

    i run 800m in 2:19

    i run a 1600m 5:13 mile

    i run a 400 in 59 seconds

im a 14 yr old boy

im not showing off im just comparing times with you so you have an idea and i would say go with the 800

  5. if your in middle  school  those are  gereat times  if your  running  all those events in the same  meet there  great  for  high  school  you  should  find the  one or  just a couple  to  compet in and those  times  will improve

  6. Yeah, they are respectable, your 1600 is 2 seconds faster than me, but mate, we aren't world athletes we know..So those are neat times.

  7. Assuming you're a girl (if you're a guy I can't really judge)

You 800 time is probably the best, but I expect you didn't run the 1600 very much. From THOSE times I would say you're best at the 800, but you should try the mile more often - and don't be surprised if you get down into the 5:30s EASY based off that 800 time! Maybe even high 5:20s

  8. 400m not so much.. for high school at least

    probably stick to long distance

  9. how old are you first?....

  10. Nice times. I would base which event you run on how much it will benefit the team. During high school meets you will want to score as many points as possible, so if your team has stronger 400m runners than you, but no milers, run the mile. Most importantly, DO NOT settle with those times, you can get better, even if it's cutting a second off that mile time. My freshman year I ran a 5:45 mile and now with junior year wrapping up my PR is 4:57. It might take two years, but it pays off.

  11. yes!

    gosh.

    im in middle school and i ran 1600m a few weeks ago , i got 9 : 32

    your times are amazing

  12. go with the mile

  13. Stick to the longer distances.  You seem to have better endurance than in the shorter (400m-800m) races.
