  1. The weather can be ok its the end of the rainy season in Naples so it maybe still wet and raining on some days. Usually its warm in the 60s maybe even the 70s it just depend if it is raining or not. i would come in April because its right before tourist season so the prices will be cheaper on everything even things you buy to take back with you. Just dont go to Pompii or anything like that if it is raining because its all grave and it will be a mess,

  2. Yes of course.April is perfect.Weather is sunny.20-22 °degrees centigrade

  3. I would say that April is a good time to visit but it may still be a little rainy.  Don't be afraid of Naples,  (Anyone who says it is the closest thing to h**l is obviously not well traveled) I lived there for 3 years and had a love/hate relationship with it.  I would strongly recommend either place I personally prefer the food in Naples, though, each region has their own wonderful specialties.

  4. Any time is a fine time to visit Napoli and the Amalfi Coast, but, although the water and views are even more gorgeous in spring and summer, during the latter, the tourists are wall-to-wall, too, along the Amalfi Coast.  Don't be afraid of Naples; just be alert and careful. I love Naples - there is SO much to see - and am a little turned off by Sorrento (because of the tourists, probably).  Try staying at Donna Regina B & B; it's safe, near the Archealogical Museum, the old quarter, the Duomo, an outdoor market, ATM's, restaurants, a city park where wee children play, and an underground stop, English is spoken, and it's just lovely inside! You will LOVE their breakfasts!  (Well, I did; I stayed there last Christmas). One can easily walk many, many places from it.  If you are on a budget, you might want to investigate Hotel Boston in Florence.  Clean and charming small hotel  (or it used to be, anyway; I haven't been there in several years). Enjoy Italy! It's beautiful there!!

  5. I was in Naples in May, the weather was very good, I think April should be OK, Florence should be very much similiar.

  6. First of all, Napoli is hotter than Florence. Then I think it's better to visit them in May...I'm italian and I can tell you that - this year - it rained a lot in April. Better in May. :)

  7. It should be fine that time of year, and you will miss the abundance of tourists present in mid-summer.  I would strongly advise you not to stay in Naples though, its as close as you can get to h**l on Earth.  Just a few miles South of Naples is Sorrento, a really beautiful place to stay with easy travel to Vesuvius, Pompeii, Herculaneum and Capri.
