Are nature made vitamins vegetarian?

Some of them say non bovine gelatin..but others don't

are they veg friendly or what?

  1. TRUST THE LABEL, THEN CHOOSE WHAT YOU THINK BEST.


  2. Most of them are. Usually there is a note on the back that says "vegetarian". If it doesn't specify no bovine gelatin, you can't be sure if its vegetarian.
