  1. I had mentioned to you that soy milk would be great for you in your last question.  Well, you could have 2 servings of fortified breakfast cereal with those 2 servings of soy milk everyday.  There are many cereals that contain iron...sometimes 90-100% of your daily allowance.

    I eat a bowl of cereal when I get up in the morning and one right before I go to bed.


  2. There's no way to live a fully vegan lifestyle because you never know what can really be in your food all the time. Iron pills are harder to know about, though. But you need to get yourself a list of all vegan foods containing iron and eat a lot of those. Don't drink tea or coffee or even soft drinks when you eat something with iron because those will keep your body from absorbing the iron from plat foods. Stick to getting the iron from food, the pills aren't fun.

  3. You realize that iron pills will make you constipated. I admit it I don't know the ingredients on the bottle. Look at the label.

    Try to get foods that contain iron in them. That is the best way to be healthy.
