Are Nike shox bad for your feet?

I got Nike shox before track last year and my knees and ankles killed that season. They never had before. Field hockey is starting now and we usually wear sneakers for about two weeks before switching to out cleats. Should I wear different shoes or is it just me?

  1. The shoe weighs more than others.  I was training at a speed school and my personal trainer told me of this.  The shox are bad for your knees and ankles because of how it transfers energy.  Also if you hold up another pair of shoes and the nike shox next to eachother you can feel the weight difference.
