Are No Limit Hold em Tournament Players Better then Cash Game Players?

Question

If a tournament no limit player that played tournament say 80 percent of the time, then went and played a cash game for awhile. Would they have an edge and possibly be better then a cash game only player?

There are two different goals when playing these games.  Tournament players have to be in the mindset that you're in a marathon that can last at least several hours and up to several days.  Generally one will play more conservatively in a tournament.  When playing in a tourney, sometimes you don't take those big risks because if you lose, you're out.  In cahs game play, you can win one big hand and then walk away whenever...You don't have to sit there for days or even hours.  Long story short, different objectives, different playing styles.
