Are Obama's African Half Siblings Getting Secret Service Protection?

Question

Since Obama is the first US presidential candidate with non US citizens siblings I am wondering if they are receiving any protection from the US gov. Kenya may be a bit more economicaly stable than many other African countries, but I fear those siblings are potential kidnap for ransom victims.

Has anybody heard what if any protection they may have?

from what i have heard his half brother doesnt even have decent housing or clothing to wear so i doubt seriously they are concerned about his safety when they arent even concerned with how he is surviving.
