  1. false cause the oilers are a sucsessful hockey team

  2. False.  They have just been purchased by a billionaire from Edmonton.  No chance they will be moving soon, especially not to a city that doesn't have an NHL calibre arena.

  3. False

  4. no way. the oilers have good fans. it should be a team like florida or phoenix that should move to seattle or somewhere else

  5. Knowing bettman, he could do this, and just p**s the living **** out of canadiens, but i dont see the logic of doing that instead of giving a team like atlanta the boot to Seattle, and as much as i hate the oilers, i want them to stay, its a fun rivalry

  6. LITY, a former hockey scout with connections to the league, has already said that they are:

    1. Not moving

    2. Possibly building a new arena in EDMONTON!

  7. False...quit smokin' that ****.

  8. i didnt hear anything, so i doubt its true.

  9. FALSE!!!!!!!!!

  10. definately false because seattle has nothing like edmonton, no pro size arena, let alone a team anymore. hockey origionated in canada andcanada only has six teams come on, they are not going to lose a team to the us.

  11. What math?

How many time are you gonna ask this question in how many sections?

You said earlier that no free agents were signed. the made their moves via trade.  They are right up against the cap so they are not "saving money" to move to Seattle.

Forget the math and do the logic, there are in one of the better markets in the NHL, they are not going anywhere.

  12. False.  Seattle doesn't have anything close to a pro level arena.  Why do you think the Sonics left?

  13. definitely false....not sure where you heard that from
