Are Old Navy employees able to use their employee discount for online purchases?

I just accepted a position in a retail store nearby, and part of the reason I accepted the position is because I do enjoy Gap, Inc. brands and wanted to take advantage of the employee discount. I can buy my husband clothes in the stores, but given that I do wear plus sizes, I would need to buy my clothes at OldNavy.com. It would seem to me they'd have to make the employee discount available online as well, so that their plus size employees are not excluded from using it, but I haven't been able to find confirmation of that online.

Old Navy employees cannot use their discount online, because there is no way to verify the identity of an employee making an online purchase.  However, employees are allowed to buy online-exclusive merchandise, bring in their invoice to your store to return the merchandise and re-buy with your employee discount.  Unfortunately, employees still have to pay the $5 shipping fee on their orders.  Since the plus size merchandise was removed from all stores last year, it qualifies as "online exclusive" and you are eligible to receive an adjustment on your purchase after you actually buy it.

Employees do not get discounts on purchases from any Gap Inc brand website (Gap, BananaRepublic.com, etc.)
