Are Orbs good spirits or bad spirits?

Question

I always wondered if orbs(the white little bubbles that come out in picutres sometimes) are suppose to be good spirits or bad ones?..some people say that supposeably they are your spirit guides??

what if theres and orb with you on web cam what does it mean? it didnt just flash it sat there next to me and 2 other people saw it?

they are just us there is nothing to be scard of they lost their body and i am sure they are nice!!!!!!
