Are Panasonic RP-HTX7 Retro Piano Painted Headphones any good?

I'm planning to buy headphones this saturday and i wanted to know which headphones are good? My friends have audio technica but im looking into this model of panasonic.

Actually yes.

I bought a pair last month to use as on-the-road headphones. My standards are pretty high for headphones (even though I can't afford top of the line stuff). I use a pair of Grado SR-80s at home, which are excellent. Compared to them, the RP-HTX7s are a bit less detailed and not nearly as transparent or tight in the low end, but still have good punch and soundstaging.  When plugged into my big rig at home (a NAD C320BEE amp) they actually sound really nice, but an iPod can drive them just fine as well.
