I can't say positively they are, but this is my experience:
- made online order
- didn't receive confirmation of signing up with them
- didn't receive confirmation of order
- called, but nobody answered, not possible to leave voice mail, and eventually got a message of "thank you for calling", then an automated hang-up
- used their "contact us" form, and received no reply
- looked for info. on the company over the internet and found several posts complaining about mistaken orders or orders not filled
- checked web page again and important pages like "my account" and "contact us" down.
- called customer service with same results as previous call
- called sales dept., nobody available, voice mail seems to be available, but "box is full" so can't leave message
- no e-mail address written on home page
Well. They have 30 days to fill the order. If they don't, the credit card company will launch an investigation, and hopefully return my money.
