Are PomTea drinks carbonated?

Today I bought one in Pomegranate lychee green tea flavour and i shook it and when i opened it, it exploded with the liquid seeping out the bottol soquickly. Then when i drank it, it was carbonated.... and it's never been carbonated form what i've tasted.
